I hereby grant LaPortraite Studios permission to use my(our) likeness in photograph(s) in any and all of its publications and in any and all other media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by LaPortraite Studios, in perpetuity, and for other use by LaPortraite Studios. I will make no monetary or other claim against LaPortraite Studios for the use of the photograph(s).
