Please review the following package that will be offered to your school for your 8th grade graduates. Each student will have 3 poses to choose from. Tammy is donating her typical photoshoot time and image processing time.

The typical cost would be $75 per student with four digital downloads = $1500.-see your package below.

This package will include: (Physical Prints must be the same image)

1- 8x10

2- 5x7

12-Wallets

3-digital downloads (Includes all 3 poses)

$30.00 per student. X. 20 student

= $600

Starting at 10am each day- 10 students per day.

LaPortraite Studios Consent Form
I hereby grant LaPortraite Studios permission to use my(our) likeness in photograph(s) in any and all of its publications and in any and all other media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by LaPortraite Studios, in perpetuity, and for other use by LaPortraite Studios. I will make no monetary or other claims against LaPortraite Studios for the use of the photograph(s).

This agreement will be signed by a representative of
Isna Wica Owayawa who is representing the 8th-grade students being photographed on March 2nd and 3rd, 2023.

Indemnification. The Photographer(s) shall be held harmless for any and all injury to the client(s) during the course of the photography session and the immediately surrounding events.
